Shipping + Delivery

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding all Public Holidays. While we accept orders from all over the world, we currently only deliver within Australia.

SHIPPING TIMES - we despatch quickly!

Approximate shipping times are detailed below, but if you don't want to worry about figuring out when to send your gift, why not send it early? We can attach a 'PLEASE OPEN ME ON (insert date)'... sticker to the outside of your gift. Then you can relax, confident that your gift will arrive with time to spare - and it will still be a surprise until the day you nominate. Just tell us the date you'd like on your sticker in the "Delivery instructions" box at checkout. Eg 'Please open me on your birthday' or 'please open me on Sunday' etc.

Standard Shipping (we do not deliver to PO Boxes)

  • For Adelaide CBD delivery is always same day at regular rates for orders received by 12 noon ACST (unless no-one is there to accept delivery/somewhere to leave it). 
  • For Metro Adelaide, delivery is generally within 1 business day. Many deliveries are made on the same day however we can't guarantee this, so if same day delivery is essential, please choose 'same day shipping' at checkout
  • For Metro areas around Australia, (eg Melb, Syd) standard delivery is typically 2-4 business days, Bris 4-5 business days
  • Delivery estimates to Perth, Darwin & remote locations is currently 7+ business days due to the impact of Covid, choose 'express' for quicker delivery
  • Please note that Covid is unpredictable and there may be longer shipping times for some suburbs without notice

Express Shipping

  • For orders received by 1.30pm (ACST) business days, we guarantee to despatch same business day via Australia Post Express Post. Express orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Express Deliveries to remote/rural areas will take longer than to metro areas.
  • Please note Covid protocols may result in longer shipping times and this is something that we cannot predict or control
Same Day Shipping 
  • Same day shipping is available Mon-Fri in Adelaide metro areas for orders received by 12.00pm ACST (but please check with us if you've just missed this cut off because we can sometimes squeeze extra orders in). Prices start from just $14.95 and will be displayed at checkout after the delivery address is correctly entered. Please help us to ensure a smooth delivery by checking that someone is home or work to receive the delivery. Couriers have 'Authority To Leave' the parcel if no-one is there, however, if the courier deems it unsafe to leave or they can't access the property it will be returned to our office. If we are required to redeliver at another time, the courier will charge both return and redelivery fees. There is a little blog which explains the same day delivery process here

Pick up

  • Gifts can be collected from our studio in North Adelaide. Place your order on-line, enter our address as the delivery address (2/59 Pennington Tce, North Adelaide, SA 5006), and at checkout write PICK UP in the 'delivery instructions' box, and let us know when you'd like to collect your gift. We will let you know when it is ready to collect. If ordering a 'design your own' box, use promo code PICKUP at checkout and $12.95 will be deducted for shipping costs (this code is not valid for pre-designed gifts as shipping is already free). 


  • Standard shipping is free Australia wide for all pre-designed gift boxes and just $12.95 for 'design your own' gift boxes. If you're sending multiple dyo boxes to the same address use the promo codes below for discounted shipping.
  • Express Shipping is $9.95 per box Australia wide for all pre-designed gift boxes, and $19.95 per box for 'design your own' gift boxes. If you're sending multiple boxes to the same address via express shipping, contact us for discounted shipping rates 
  • Same Day shipping starts from just $14.95 for Adelaide metro areas (up to 30km from CBD). The price is displayed at checkout AFTER you enter the delivery address. For this service, all deliveries have 'Authority to Leave' and you agree that someone must present to accept the delivery OR there must somewhere safe to leave the parcel. If the parcel cannot be delivered, both return and re-delivery fees will be payable. 

If ordering 2 or more design your own gift boxes for delivery to the same metro address, use promo code 2BOXES (if shipping 2 boxes) and $12.95 will be deducted from your cart; use 3BOXES (if shipping 3 boxes) and $21.95 will be deducted. If ordering more than 3 boxes, please get in touch for shipping discounts. These promo codes will only be honoured for these specified purposes and are not valid for pre-designed boxes as shipping is free on those already.


Correct delivery details: It's really important that we receive accurate delivery addresses as there may be delays and/or re-delivery fees for changes to addresses. Any orders returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient delivery address, inability to access a property, failure to contact a courier after a delivery attempt or failure to collect from an Australia Post outlet, will incur a re-delivery charge at the standard shipping rate. If the mistake is ours, we will pay all re-delivery fees and replace/refund gift boxes as required, however, we accept no responsibility for deliveries made where incorrect addresses are supplied and deliveries are subsequently made.  

Authority to leave (ATL): During this pandemic, all parcels have ATL which means that if no one is at the nominated address when delivery is attempted, the parcel will be left at that location. If you do not want ATL, please let us know in the special instructions at checkout. Once parcels are delivered to the nominated address, we accept no responsiblity for loss.

Delivery Times/Late Deliveries: As we rely on couriers we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and times. Refunds will not be given for deliveries made outside of approximate delivery times. If a delay is a result of our error, we will refund delivery costs and work to resolve the issue asap. If your delivery is later than you expect, please first check the tracking details which we email to you once your gift is on the way (you may need to check your spam folder), and contact the courier as required. 

Deliveries to hospitals: We do deliver to hospitals however it is essential that you provide the Hospital Name, Ward Name and Recipient Name (including any other name they may be known by). Also, apart from where 'same day' shipping is selected, there can be delivery delays with Covid so it is very important that you check that the patient will still be in hospital when you gift is likely to arrive. If the recipient has been discharged before your gift arrives, both return and re-delivery fees will apply. 

Gifts containing alcohol: Deliveries containing alcohol must be received at the delivery address by a person who is 18 years or over. When ordering gifts with alcohol from us, you declare that the intended recipient is 18 or over.
