Shipping + Delivery

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding all Public Holidays. While we accept orders from customers all over the world, we only deliver within Australia.


Standard Shipping

  • we aim to deliver in 1-5 business days depending on delivery location and times that orders are received. For Adelaide, metro deliveries are generally 1 business day, and non metro generally 1-2 business days. Melbourne metro deliveries are typically 2 business days, Sydney metro around 3 business days, and all other capital may take around 7 business days, depending on remoteness, so please take this into account when placing your order.

Express Shipping

  • express orders received before 1.30pm (ACST) are sent via courier or Australia Post. Most capital city and metro delivery areas qualify for next business day delivery as they are within the Australia Post 'Express Shipping Network'. If you are unsure whether the delivery address qualifies for next business day shipping, please check that the delivery address is within the Australia Post Express Post Network  before selecting Express Post as charges cannot be refunded once posted. We rely on couriers and Australia Post for this service, and in the event that there are unforseen delays with delivery, we will refund the express portion of shipping costs. Note that next business day delivery is not possible for remote/rural locations (including outer Perth), however, express shipping is still generally much quicker than standard shipping to remote areas.
Same Day Shipping
  • For Adelaide metro we offer same day shipping for orders received before 11.30am (ACST). It is essential for same day shipping that either someone is available to receive the gift or there is a safe place to leave it. If the courier cannot deliver the order it is returned to our studio and both return ($17.95) and re-delivery fees (from $15.95) will apply.

Late Deliveries

  • Refunds will not be given for deliveries outside of approximate delivery times. We will not be held liable for late delivery outside of our approximate delivery times. We endeavour to despatch orders without delay, and if delays do occur, it is often during transit which it outside of our control.


  • Standard shipping is included in the price of all pre-designed gift boxes. Shipping for 'design your own' gift boxes is $10.95 per box (SA), $12.95 per box for all other states. 
  • Express Shipping is $23.95 per box for all locations
  • Same day shipping is $15.95 for areas up to approx 10km from North Adelaide. For delivery addresses between 10km-30km from North Adelaide, same day shipping ranges from $19.95 - $25.95. The relevant shipping rate will be displayed after you enter the suburb at checkout. Please ensure that someone is available to accept the order or there is somewhere safe to leave the parcel, or both return ($17.95) and re-delivery fees (from $15.95) will be charged by the courier.

If ordering multiple gift boxes for delivery to the same metropolitan address, use promo code 2BOXES (if shipping 2 boxes) and $10.95 will be deducted from your cart; use 3BOXES (if shipping 3 boxes) and $17.95 will be deducted. If ordering more than 3 boxes, please get in touch for shipping discounts. These promo codes only apply to multiple 'dyo' gift boxes sent to the same metropolitan address, and will not be honoured for any other purpose.


Correct delivery details: It is very important that we are provided with accurate delivery addresses as delays are likely to occur if an incorrect address is provided, and couriers may also charge an administration fee if the nominated address is changed after they've collected the parcel. Any orders returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient delivery address, inability to access a property, failure to contact a courier after a delivery attempt or failure to collect from an Australia Post outlet, will incur a re-shipping and re-delivery charge at the standard shipping rate. We will of course replace or refund gift boxes incorrectly addressed by us, however, we accept no responsibility for deliveries made where incorrect addresses are supplied and deliveries are subsequently made. 

Authority to leave: Sending parcels to a workplace where someone is available to receive the package is highly recommended as it avoids many delivery issues and delays. If parcels are sent to a residence and no-one is home, we may elect to have an "Authority to leave" (ATL). This means, that if no-one is available to accept the order, the courier/Australia Post will leave the parcel somewhere safe at the residence. If there is no ATL, a calling card will be left and the recipient will need to call the courier to arrange re-delivery, or in some cases they may need to collect it themselves from a depot or agency. Please note that if the recipient wants to change the delivery address after a delivery attempt has been made by the courier, they may be charged a re-delivery fee by the courier. If you require a signature on delivery, please tell us in the 'special instructions' box during the checkout process, noting that if the recipient is not at home, there may be delays in delivery.

Deliveries to units/apartments: Our couriers do deliver to units and apartments, however, if no-one is available to receive the parcel, we do not authorise parcels to be left unattended at units and apartments as there is often nowhere to leave a parcel. This means that the parcel will be returned to the depot, and the recipient will need to contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or they may need to collect it from a depot or agency. Please take this into account when shipping to units/apartments.

Gifts containing alcohol: Deliveries containing alcohol must be received at the delivery address by a person who is 18 years or over. The recipient may be required to provide a valid identification for proof of age and sign for the product. Deliveries containing alcohol cannot be left unattended at premises. If re-delivery is required, there may be an additional re-delivery fee.
