DELIVERY DATES Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding all Public Holidays. We ship using reputable couriers and Australia Post, depending on where the shipment is being made, and method of shipment that is selected. For deliveries to Adelaide metropolitan areas, we are generally able to deliver on your preferred dates, so please let us know in the "Shipping message" section at the checkout if you require a delivery on a particular date. Otherwise delivery is generally next business day, but we also offer same day shipping for the Adelaide metro area (see below). For deliveries to all other areas, we make every endeavour to deliver on your preferred date, however, we cannot guarantee delivery dates as they are controlled by Australia Post and Couriers, and vary according to location. Please get in touch if you do require delivery on a specific date and we will do our best to organise it. OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION Correct delivery details: Correct delivery addresses assist with prompt delivery, particulary to hospital wards. We will replace or refund a gift box that is incorrectly addressed by us, however, where delivery is made to an incorrect address supplied to us, we accept no responsibility for the mistake. Orders returned to Bundle + Twine due to an incorrect or insufficient delivery address, inability to access a property, failure to contact a courier after a delivery attempt or failure to collect from an Australia Post outlet, will incur a re-delivery charge at the standard shipping rate. Authority to leave In the absence of specific instructions, other than deliveries containing alcohol, typically we provide an ‘authority to leave’ your gift in a secure place at the nominated delivery address if unattended, or with colleagues if delivered to a workplace. If there is no secure location, a card will be left requesting the recipient to collect the delivery from the nearest Australia Post outlet or to telephone and arrange re-delivery with the courier service. Re-delivery fees may apply. If you do not want to use an ‘authority to leave’, please advise us at checkout, noting that re-delivery fees may apply. Gifts containing alcohol Deliveries containing alcohol must be received at the delivery address by a person who is 18 years or over. The recipient may be required to provide a valid identification for proof of age and sign for the product. Deliveries containing alcohol cannot be left unattended at premises. If re-delivery is required, there may be an additional re-delivery fee. |
