Shipping + Delivery

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding all Public Holidays. While we accept orders from all over the world, we currently only deliver within Australia.


Please note that Covid restrictions may impact on delivery times, particularly to remote areas. If you can, it's a great to idea to send your gift early and we'll put a PLEASE OPEN ME ON (insert date)... sticker to the outside of your gift (just tell us the date you would like on your sticker in the "Delivery instructions" box at checkout).

We do NOT deliver to PO boxes.

Standard Shipping

  • We deliver Australia wide. Delivery is typically 1-5 business days for metropolitan areas around Australia. Remote and rural locations will take a little longer and we do NOT deliver to PO Boxes.

Express Shipping

  • We ship Monday to Friday. For orders received before 1pm (ACST) on business days, we guarantee to ship the same day, and express delivery is generally 1 business day for addresses within the Australia Post Express Post Network. However, it is important that we point out, that with current Covid restrictions, even express delivery may take longer in some areas. This is something that we have no control over.
Same Day Shipping 
  • For orders received by 12 noon (ACST) Monday to Friday, same day shipping is available for Adelaide metro areas (+/- 30km). Prices start from just $12.95 - $25.95, and will be calculated at checkout after you enter the delivery address. For this service, either someone must be home to accept the delivery OR there must be access to the property and somewhere to leave the parcel. If the courier attempts delivery and cannot leave the parcel for whatever reason, they will charge both return and redelivery fees which will need to be paid before delivery is attempted again. It is your responsiblity to check prior to sending via same day courier, so if you're unsure, it's best to send to a workplace. We do not accept any responsiblity for any parcels left at premises using the same day service.


  • Standard shipping is free Australia wide for all pre-designed gift boxes; For 'design your own' gift boxes, standard shipping is $10.95 per box for SA & $12.95 per box for all other states. If you're sending multpile dyo boxes to the same address use the promo codes below for discounted shipping.
  • Express Shipping is $15.95 per box Australiawide for all pre-designed gift boxes, and $23.95 per box for 'design your own' gift boxes. If you're sending multpile dyo boxes to the same address use the promo codes below for discounted shipping.
  • Same Day shipping ranges from $12.95-$25.95 for Adelaide metro areas (up to 30km from CBD). At checkout choose 'same day shipping', enter the delivery suburb and the relevant shipping rate will be displayed. 

If ordering 2 or more design your own gift boxes for delivery to the same metro address, use promo code 2BOXES (if shipping 2 boxes) and $10.95 will be deducted from your cart; use 3BOXES (if shipping 3 boxes) and $17.95 will be deducted. If ordering more than 3 boxes, please get in touch for shipping discounts. These promo codes will only be honoured for these specified purposes and are not valid for pre-designed boxes as shipping is free on those already.


*Sending parcels to a workplace or where someone can receive the parcel is highly recommended as it avoids many delivery issues and delays*

Correct delivery details: It's really important that we receive accurate delivery addresses as there may be delays and/or re-delivery fees for changes to addresses. Any orders returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient delivery address, inability to access a property, failure to contact a courier after a delivery attempt or failure to collect from an Australia Post outlet, will incur a re-delivery charge at the standard shipping rate. If the mistake is ours, we will pay all re-delivery fees and replace/refund gift boxes as required, however, we accept no responsibility for deliveries made where incorrect addresses are supplied and deliveries are subsequently made.  

Authority to leave (ATL): ATL means that if no one is at the nominated address when delivery is attempted, the parcel can be left somewhere safe at that location. To avoid possible inconvenience, we specify ATL wherever possible. If you do not want ATL, please let us know in the special instructions at checkout. Once parcels are delivered to the nominated address, we accept no responsiblity for loss.

Delivery Times/Late Deliveries: As we rely on couriers, we provide our best estimates for shipping times, and we cannot provide or guarantee specific delivery dates and times. Refunds will not be given for deliveries made outside of approximate delivery times. If a delay is a result of our error, we will refund delivery costs immediately and work to resolve the issue asap. If your delivery is later than you expect, please first check the tracking details which we email to you once your gift is on the way (you may need to check your spam folder), and contact the courier as required. 

Deliveries to hospitals: Due to the Corona virus, some couriers are not offering shipping to hospitals - please check before placing your order. We will need precise delivery instructions including Hospital Name, Ward, Recipient Name (and any other name they may be known by). Please consider discharge times as patients may have been discharged before your gift arrives and re-delivery fees will apply if they have left the hospital and delivery was attempted.

Gifts containing alcohol: Deliveries containing alcohol must be received at the delivery address by a person who is 18 years or over. When ordering gifts with alcohol from us, you declare that the intended recipient is 18 or over.
