Shipping + Delivery
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding all Public Holidays. While we accept orders from all over the world, we currently only deliver within Australia.
SHIPPING METHODS & TIMES
Please note that additional safety measures adopted to protect people and customers during this pandemic, fewer domestic flights and increased shipping volumes have meant that couriers, and Australia Post are experiencing delays in standard and express shipping, partiuclary in Victoria with stage 4 lockdown conditions. So please take this into account when placing your order - everyone is doing the best that they can do.
TIP: Send your gifts as early as possible and we'll put a PLEASE OPEN ME ON (insert date)... sticker to the outside of your gift (just tell us the date you would like on your sticker in the "Delivery instructions" box at checkout).
Express Shipping (Note express shipping may take +1 day longer to Victoria during stage 4 lockdowns)
If ordering 2 or more design your own gift boxes for delivery to the same metro address, use promo code 2BOXES (if shipping 2 boxes) and $10.95 will be deducted from your cart; use 3BOXES (if shipping 3 boxes) and $17.95 will be deducted. If ordering more than 3 boxes, please get in touch for shipping discounts. These promo codes will only be honoured for these specified purposes and are not valid for pre-designed boxes as shipping is free on those already.
OTHER IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
*Sending parcels to a workplace or where someone can receive the parcel is highly recommended as it avoids many delivery issues and delays*
Correct delivery details: It's really important that we receive accurate delivery addresses as there may be delays and/or re-delivery fees for changes to addresses. Any orders returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient delivery address, inability to access a property, failure to contact a courier after a delivery attempt or failure to collect from an Australia Post outlet, will incur a re-delivery charge at the standard shipping rate. If the mistake is ours, we will pay all re-delivery fees and replace/refund gift boxes as required, however, we accept no responsibility for deliveries made where incorrect addresses are supplied and deliveries are subsequently made.
Authority to leave (ATL): ATL means that if no one is at the nominated address when delivery is attempted, the parcel can be left somewhere safe at that location. To avoid possible inconvenience, we specify ATL wherever possible, but generally not for deliveries to units/apartments (as there is generally nowhere safe to leave parcels). If you do not want ATL, please let us know in the special instructions at checkout.
Late Deliveries: We provide estimates for delivery times and the vast majority of deliveries are made on time. However, as we rely on couriers/Australia Post for delivery, there may occasional unforseen delays. In such these cases, refunds will not be given for deliveries outside of approximate delivery times. If however a delay is a result of our error, we will refund delivery costs immediately and work to resolve the issue asap.
Deliveries to hospitals: Please note that due to the Corona virus, some couriers are not offering shipping to hospitals - please check before placing your order. We will need precise delivery instructions including Hospital Name, Ward, Receipient Name (and any other name they may be known by). Please take into account discharge times as patients may have been discharged before your gift arrives and re-delivery fees will apply if they have left the hospital and delivery was attempted.
Gifts containing alcohol: Deliveries containing alcohol must be received at the delivery address by a person who is 18 years or over. When ordering gifts with alcohol from us, you declare that the intended recipient is 18 or over.
